How to work out the time a number of minutes ago
Take the current time and subtract the minutes. If the minutes go below zero, borrow one hour and add 60 to the minutes. For example, at 3:10 PM, 25 minutes ago was 2:45 PM: 3:10 becomes 2:70, and 70 minus 25 is 45. This page does the subtraction for you, in your own time zone, and keeps the answer up to date every second.
