Accessibility

What we do

• Every control works with a keyboard, with a visible focus ring.
• Timer state is shown with text and an icon, never colour alone.
• Screen readers hear milestones such as "5 minutes left" and "Time's up", not a count every second.
• Light and dark themes meet AA contrast. Animations respect "reduce motion", and nothing flashes faster than once per second.
• Keyboard shortcuts are inactive while you type and can be turned off in Timer settings.

Known limits

Alarms need the page to stay open and the device to stay awake.
