  3. Read the weekly total and decimal hours. Add your rate to see pay.
  4. Copy the summary for a timesheet or print it.

Questions

How are overnight shifts counted?

What are decimal hours?

Hours written as a decimal number for payroll: 7 hours 45 minutes is 7.75 hours. Multiply decimal hours by your hourly rate to get pay.

Does it work out overtime pay?

It shows hours over 40 in a week. Overtime rules vary by country and employer, so apply your own overtime rate to those hours.
