Zulu time and military zone letters

Pilots, ships and the military write UTC as Zulu time, shown with a Z: 1430Z means 14:30 UTC. Other zones have their own letters, such as R (Romeo) for UTC−05:00 and A (Alpha) for UTC+01:00, but Zulu is the one used for planning across zones.
