Questions
What is an EMOM timer?
EMOM means "every minute on the minute". You start a set of exercises at the top of each minute and rest for whatever is left of that minute.
How long is a Tabata workout?
4 minutes: 8 rounds of 20 seconds of hard work and 10 seconds of rest.
Does it keep beeping when my screen is locked?
Beeps are scheduled ahead of time, so they keep time in a background tab. Some phones pause web audio when the screen locks, so keep the screen on during a workout.
